However, we always recommend the help of a decorator or a handyman. Smooth printed wallpaper has a standard paper backing, so you need to purchase some high-quality wallpaper paste for installation. The backing of the custom wallpaper has super absorbency properties, so it has good paste soakage properties. Our printed wallpaper is supplied in strips, and the size of your order will determine the width of the strips. Typically bespoke wallpaper would come supplied in sections varying between 1m and 1.3m wide. We use our state of the flatbed cutter to cut the media from our digital cut files. The cutter uses a fabric conveyor belt to cut through 100m rolls in a few minutes. The large flatbed cutter uses a unique optical registration mark detection meaning it can cut bespoke wallpaper very accurately to millimetre precision. The digital cut machine scans the media and searches for the registration marks. Once the machine has scanned all the registration marks, it then cuts the wallpaper using a pre-defined cut path.
